Member Service Representative (MSR)
Summary
A Member Service Representative provides a full range of banking services, including transactional and non-transactional processes, with member satisfaction as their #1 priority.
Job Requirements
• Dedicated, enthusiastic and professional team player with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills, with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions in English and Ukrainian.
• Prior experience in cash handling and or customer service; banking/credit union experience a plus.
• Strong PC skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and ability to lift to 20 lbs.
• High School Diploma required, college degree a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Meets and greets members and consumers upon entry to the credit union.
• Opens accounts, processes transactions using an online system and Teller Cash Recycler.
• Demonstrates features and benefits of traditional and digital banking products and services to new and existing members.
• Complies with credit union policies, procedures, and applicable laws.
• Assists members with account updates and performs system maintenance on accounts.
• Performs other job-related tasks including troubleshooting to resolve technical issues, communicating with service providers and vendors.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding information and transactions related to credit union members.
ONSITE POSITION - 2 CLIFTON, NJ LOCATIONS
20-25 HOURS PER WEEK – MONDAYS, FRIDAYS & 2 SATURDAYS PER MONTH REQUIRED
